Exocad Ivotion Denture Design Module

Description

Create highly aesthetic, monolithic full dentures in a single continuous milling step using the Ivotion denture system. Available from DentalCAD version 3.2, this solution uses a special disc containing both tooth and base materials, in which Shell Geometry technology defines and visualises the transition between the materials to ensure precise, customised design. This innovative feature, combined with the FullDenture module and the Ivoclar tooth library, ensures an efficient, data-driven workflow.

The monolithic disc contains both tooth and prosthesis materials, and enables the fabrication of customised full dentures in a single continuous milling process.

Shell Geometry is a data-driven, three-dimensional tooth and dental arch geometry system for upper and lower dentures. It is integrated into the Ivotion milling disc and defines the transition between the tooth and the denture material. During the intuitive CAD design process, dental restorations are customised for each patient using the visualised shell geometry and positioned within the disc for manufacture.

FullDenture Ivotion only works in conjunction with the FullDenture module and requires an additional tooth library from Ivoclar.
