Non-stop production with an automatic disc changer
The P53DC is designed for high-efficiency, continuous milling. The automatic disc changer can hold up to 12 discs and supports a wide range of materials, such as zirconium dioxide, PMMA and CoCr, for versatile dental applications. The P53DC is compatible with both 98 mm discs and up to six different block sizes via the quick-change system, ensuring a seamless transition without interrupting the workflow.
90° milling for a bionic aesthetic
Designed for areas requiring high precision and aesthetics, the 90-degree vertical milling precisely textures the labial (or buccal) surfaces, enabling a wider range of dental aesthetics. This approach significantly reduces the time required for complex post-processing and lowers labour costs.
Improved ioniser: Cleaner milling, better results
The ioniser effectively neutralises static electricity, preventing debris from sticking to the work area and tools, which could compromise milling accuracy.
